A new mixed-use project in downtown Knoxville done in collaboration with MHM Architects, developer Buzz Goss, and TDK Companies. The building will occupy the lot between Marble Alley Lofts and the State Street garage. The ground floor contains a mix of commercial spaces including a coffee shop and offices. The apartments include a variety of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom layouts.
