PROJECT SUMMARY:
A brand new empty shell space in the center of the Old City neighborhood in Knoxville. Located amongst the historic buildings on Central Avenue, the challenge was to create a space that felt a hundred years old, charming and edgy at the same time, with a downhome, southern ambience. Based on the restaurant’s success and our own, internal staff reviews, we nailed it.
