PROJECT SUMMARY:
Located in South Knoxville, the new Willy’s Butcher Shop on Sevier Ave will bring burgers and brats with a welcoming outdoor patio, indoor seating, along with a stylish bar to the up and coming neighborhood. The butcher shop itself will have glass display cases positioned at the front, showcasing a variety of meats. Additionally, a window into the kitchen will give customers a behind-the-scenes view of the meal preparation process, allowing them to witness the artistry and care involved in crafting their dishes.

In addition to these customer-facing elements, the shop will house a fully equipped production center. This facility will enable Willy’s to process and package meat on-site, ensuring the freshest products for their storefront. Moreover, the production center will allow them to expand their operations, distributing meat to local restaurants and grocery stores, thereby contributing to the community’s culinary scene while maintaining control over the quality and sourcing of their products.
